Ordering

Ordering from us is simple,

You can order products by registering as a customer or by filling in the customer information form on the order form. In both cases, you will receive an order confirmation, but by registering you can check the progress of the order with your own customer IDs at any time. Before the actual payment, you are free to browse the various stages of the order and get acquainted with the entire purchase process.


STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

0. Review

Once you have selected all the products you want in the shopping cart, click on the “Order Products” button on the right. You can also first explore the contents of the Shopping Cart via the “edit shopping cart” link.

1. Customer information

Fill in the required customer information. If you have created a customer account, simply log in by entering your email address and password, and your customer information will be filled in automatically. If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the preview below "Do you have a discount code?" using the link.

2. Delivery address

If you want, you can to provide an alternative shipping address, that is different from your home address.

3. Method of delivery

Select the delivery method you want. You can choose Matkahuolto nearby or Matkahuolto Bus package delivery methods. The Matkahuolto near option brings your package to the Matkahuolto pick-up point, so you can choose the most suitable delivery place for you from the extensive Matkahuolto pick-up point list. The Matkahuolto Bus Package option brings your package to the nearest Matkahuolto office.

4. Method of payment

Select the payment method you want. The payment service provider is Paytrail, which is a secure payment method for you. You have:

* All the most common online banks,

* Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards

* Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay, Masterpass and Transfer are in-app services that allow you to pay for online purchases by bank transfer from your account or by card payment from your card by accepting payment in that app. Pivo also accepts Transfer payments, so the payment can be accepted anywhere.

* In addition to this, you have at your disposal the Wallet invoice and installment service, which also offers invoice and installment payment options for corporate customers.

5. Summary

Check that all the information in the order is correct. Here you can edit the the recipient information, which by default is the same as the payer's information. After reviewing the information, please read and accept the terms of delivery.

6. Payment

The actual payment is the very last. Click the Order button and the system will direct you to the Paytrail payment service of your choice. Paytrail has a payment institution license issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The recipient of the payment on the account statement is Paytrail, which forwards your payment to us.

7. Order complete

After paying for the purchases, you should return to the stores website and receive information about the registration of the order. Last but not least, the stores system will send you an order confirmation and a receipt via email. Please contact us if there are any problems with your order.

Terms and conditions

Rautajyra Oy (business ID 2561518-3) sells products to consumers and firms. The prices of sales announcements include 24% Finnish VAT. Rautajyra Oy reserves the right to change the prices and delivery costs.


Delivery methods

We use Matkahuolto and rarely Posti to deliver orders. Normal-sized shipments will be delivered to the office you have chosen with Matkahuolto's “close” service (the delivery location will be selected when placing the order). Large packages (length is over 150cm) are delivered only to Matkahuolto's main offices. For all shipments, you will receive an arrival notification on your mobile phone, after which the products can be picked up immediately.

Products are sold to Finland, Estonia, Germany and Sweden.

Finland: 7.90€ / max. 30kg

Estonia: 19.90€ / max. 30kg

Sweden & Germany: 19.90€ / 0-10kg or 29.90€ / 10-20kg


Delivery time

The aim is to deliver orders within 0 - 2 working days of ordering. The cargo of Matkahuolto usually takes 1-2 working days to Finland, 2-4 working days to Estonia and Sweden, and 4-6 working days to Germany. We always try to remove temporarily out of stock products from the online store. If any of the products you have ordered are out of stock, we will notify you immediately by e-mail, and we will send the entire order as soon as we receive the missing product. The aim is always to deliver orders in full.


Product return

All product returns must always be agreed with the merchant in advance. The complaint period is 14 days after picking up the product. You can best reach us by phone on +358-40-3700584 or +358-40-3239975. The defective product will only be replaced with the same new item. Rautajyra Oy will not reimburse the costs incurred for the return, unless the return has first been agreed. Rautajyra Oy does not redeem returns sent by cash on delivery.


Shipments broken during delivery

Unfortunately, Matkahuolto, despite careful packaging, does not always manage to deliver packages intact. For this reason, it is a good idea to check the condition of the package and any damage to the package when picking up the shipment. If the shipment is damaged in the carriage of mail, report the damage to your post office IMMEDIATELY. Also contact Rautajyra Oy, and we can agree on the delivery of a new product. We act in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
