Solar charging system 55W/12V (SUVI AU6040)

The solar charging system contains all the necessary parts, i.e. the solar panel, regulator, stand, and wiring harness.

Characteristics

• Designed and tested in cooperation with the boat manufacturer Suvi
• The system is attached to the boat railing, and connected to the 12V battery hubs using the battery shoes in the wiring harness.
• Fixed installation on the boat, after which the waterproof charging controller takes care of charging the battery whenever it is needed.
• The solar panel can be adjusted horizontally with the help of the mounting bracket, and if necessary, the panel can be turned against the inside edge, so that it does not interfere with the use of the boat.
• The wiring kit includes battery shoes and the necessary fuses (2 pcs.)
• The simple 8A charge controller has three indicator lights; charging in progress, battery full and fault mode.

Installation

• The product is attached to the 25mm handrail with two plastic clamps and the leg is shortened to a suitable length
• The battery shoes in the wiring harness are connected to the battery.
• A 10A fuse is installed in the fast fuse socket, and the panel starts charging the battery
